Manali (alt. 1,950 m or 6,398 feet), in the Beas River valley, is an important hill station in the mountains of Himachal Pradesh, India, near the northern end of the Kullu Valley. Manali is administratively a part of the Kullu district, with population of approx. 30,000. The small town was the beginning of an ancient trade route to Ladakh and, from there, over the Karakoram Pass on to Yarkand and Khotan in the Tarim Basin. Manali and the surrounding area is of great significance to Indian culture and heritage as it is said to be the home of the Saptarshi, or Seven Sages

MANALI On arrival in Manali check in at the hotel and have breakfast. Manali is blessed with nature's finest gifts. The enchanting valley is very picturesque. Leave for a local tour after lunch. Sightseeing like Hadimba temple, Tibetan Monastery, and Club House. Dinner and stay at the Hotel. |

ROHTANG/SOLANG After breakfast leave for Rohtang Pass. Situated at an altitude of 3979 meters above sea level and 51 kms outside Manali. It is the gateway to Lahaul-Spiti valley. It affords a wide panoramic view of the mountains. Here one sees the majesty of the mountains at its height and splendor. On the way back visit Solang Valley and Vashisht Bath. In the evening enjoy DJ with bonfire. Dinner and Overnight stay at Hotel. |

KULLU Depart for Kullu after breakfast. SHOPPING at KULLU which is famous for pashmina shawls, dry fruits and other items. Lunch at Kullu. Also visit the famous Mani Karan Sahib Gurudwara Leave for Delhi. DINNER SERVED ENROUTE. |
